GS_H Hot melt PUR roller applicator



GS_H base equipment includes:
• double motorization with geared motors;
• spreading and contrast roller with rubber anthiadhesive covering;
• dosing roller in steel;
• high efficiency heating of dosing roller through diatermic fluid;
• electronic variable speed;
• covering hood for connection with suction system;
• electric system based on high quality components;
• safety and protection devices in according to CE norms.

GS_H model can be also equipped with:
• heated spreading roller in steel, chome plated;
• wheels on track for cleaning operations;
• Teflon treatment on infeed plan and outfeed grid;
• motorized infeed and oufeed rollers;
• motorized thickness adjustment;
• automatic thickness positioner;
• UV lamp to visualize glue application.

Special configuration will be evaluated with our Tech Office, to reach customer's requirements.

Standard widths are 1.400mm and 1.700mm.

Model GS_H is the most recent result of OMMA's Hot Melt rolls coaters production; it's a smart version compared to the top model of our range (HGS), for many years a quality reference for the sector.

In its standard version it allows only the top spreading and its favourites application fields will be all gluing processes where are not required the highest performances of the HGS.

Roller applicator for using hot melt glues and adhesives which are reactive such as hot Melt polyurethanes (HMPUR).
