Rockingham offer different types of adhesive dispensing and glue application systems, each specialized to suit a particular customers product and adhesive or resin type; a few examples are shown on this page.  With our expertise in adhesive application and with the range of machines available we have solutions to suit your needs.
Machine type 3400 for adhesive application of 1 or 2 component adhesive on to sandwich panels

Machine type 3600 for adhesive application of 2 component adhesive on to large surface area sandwich panels such as truck panels

System type 3400 adhesive application machine (reciprocating adhesive spreader applies beads of adhesive in a diamond pattern).

 

Rockingham machines are being used for the manufacture of many types of sandwich panel construction such as those used in trucks, doors, caravans, mobile homes, facade, as well as systems for continuous and discontinuous lines. Our adhesive applicators can be simple manual systems, automatic or robot controlled XY application or to an intermediate level of your choosing. Liquid dispensing of glues and resins are metered, mixed and dispensed using the best components from our major suppliers so that continuity of supply and service is guaranteed.

Rockingham supply hot melt polyurethane roller coating systems; employing lean manufacturing techniques to produce finished pressed panels and laminated products in a couple of minutes.

Rockingham supply glue and resin dispensing systems for the woodworking industries such as for lamel, laminating, veneering, parquet flooring, veneered doors as well as to diverse industries such as electronic encapsulation, plastic moulding, , etc.

Rockingham is able to mix and dispense many types of multi-component adhesives or resins using dynamic mixers where static mixers are not suitable. We utilize many types of pumps dependant on the adhesive to be dispensed.
